This billet idler pulley is specifically designed for severe-duty applications, such as those running higher boost levels or aftermarket superchargers like a Whipple or a Kenne-Bell.

The pulley is machined to accept twin bearings to provide added stability and the ability to withstand excessive belt loads. The pulley is hard-coat anodized in black and includes a separate bearing dust cover and stainless steel fastener.

This pulley can be installed as a direct replacement for an OEM idler pulley or anywhere a standard Metco Motorsports idler pulley can be installed. Also available in 90mm diameter - see the Metco Motorsports MIPDBR90 listed elsewhere in this section.

Important Note: As of 7.1.2008, the Metco Motorsports double-bearing idler pulleys have been revised to add compatibility with 10-rib drive systems. The pulleys are wider and have an updated machined design, but maintain compatibility with standard 8-rib drive systems (Cobra & Lightning). The picture shown is of the newest design.
